愛知県春日井市玉野町のフリースクール NPO法人たんぽぽの風で一般向けヨガクラスを開催します（フリースクールを利用されていない方もどなたでもご参加頂けます）。

＊参加費：500円以上のドネーション
　（収益はフリースクールへの寄付となります）
＊マットレンタル5枚まであります（事前に要予約）

オンラインで無料のヨガニドラ（眠りのヨガ）クラスを不定期開催しています。どなたでもご参加頂けます。お問い合わせはこちらからどうぞ。

I offer an online free Yoga Nidra class on an irregular basis. Anyone is welcome. Please contact me for more details from here. (It will be guided in Japanese.)

​主な活動＆経歴
 

  • 2014年 オーストラリアで全米ヨガアライアンス RYT200指導者資格を取得。

  • 2015年～2016年 愛知県で活動されているRee先生の指導者養成講座に参加。また春日井市のヨガスタジオで初心者向けクラスを指導。

  • 2016年～2018年 夫の駐在先ベトナム ハノイで帯同家族向けヨガクラスを開催。

  • 2020年～2023年 春日井市のヨガスタジオで親子ヨガクラス、初心者向けクラスを受け持つ。

  • 2022年 40時間のヨガインストラクター向けアーユルベーダコース（"Elements of Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers Course" by Chara Caruthers)を修了。

  • 2023年 ヨガニドラ・セラピスト養成講座を修了。

  • 2023年～ ヨガニドラクラス（オンライン）、キッズヨガ（対面）、大人向けヨガクラスなどを不定期開催。

 

My Qualification

  • Completed the RYT200 teacher training course in Australia in 2014.

  • Completed the teacher training course by my teacher Ree in Aichi from 2015 to 2016 while teaching a beginner class in a yoga studio in Kasugai.

  • Taught a family yoga class from 2016-2018, in Hanoi, Vietnam where my husband was dispatched for his work.

  • Taught a family yoga class and an adult class in a yoga studio in Kasugai from 2020 to 2023. 

  • Completed the 40-hour Elements of Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers Course by Chara Caruthers in 2022.

  • Completed the Yoga Nidra Therapist Training in 2023.

  • Teaching Yoga Nidra (online), kids yoga, and adult yoga classes on an irregular basis.
